As a founding home of the Shortybulls.... What began as a journey has become a way of life for us and continues to be our passion.  Great care is taken in each breeding to choose the dogs that will improve the breed and carry the BlueRock vision to new families worldwide.  From our quite farm in the midwest to the busy setting of a dog show, everyday is about spreading knowledge and passion for Shortybulls.

Here at BlueRock we maintain open lines of communicaiton before, during and after your search. Including comprehensive preventative health care plan for our dogs, socialization and hands on approch to daily life as well as a in depth health guarentee  is assurance you are becoming part of a tradition and not just buying a dog.

BlueRock Shortybulls are registered with the BBCR, Bull Breed Coalition Registry. The BBCR has maintained the pedigree records on Shortybulls from their foundation to the completed trademarked breed they are today.

The Shortybull

Shortybulls as they are often referred to, are a compact and muscular bulldog of small stature. They are athletically inclined and incredibly agile. Shorties have the strong desire to please, are highly intelligent and good natured. They make excellent family dogs and are very tolerant of children and other animals. Shorties are bred to be well rounded family companions. The little bulls have a zest for life and are little comics. They can easily adapt to different lifestyles from living in an apartment to life on a farm. Grooming is minimal. Shorty Bulldogs should never be extremely shy or aggressive.
